At a time of expansion and great organisational change, we had to ensure that the development of our website did not take a back seat but very much dictated how we were seen globally as a charity. We wanted our web strategy not only to fit in with our goals at that time, but more importantly our aspirations for the future. With no in-house knowledge of web strategy, web production or web design, we were looking for initiative and expertise.

We know from experience that it's hard for many companies to understand the needs of public and voluntary organisations, but this is what has set EPC apart from the rest. As a company they listen, they advise and they lead the way with very clear strategy, whilst never losing site of the clients ever changing needs. The result: a website we feel proud of produced smoothly and to budget.

EPC have also provided training and guidance for our new in-house web team, and will, I hope, continue to provide support and development in the future.
